10/9/2026 3:50 p.m.. Architects Portal was giving a 504 error. Site was swapped to provide uptime within 5 minutes. Resources like CPU and Network were seen as high. Eventually resources became available on their own and the site was restored as of 4:30 p.m. Root cause investigation is still in progress.

9/1/2026 9:35 a.m. PDB productload.johnsonfit.com was taken offline briefly for a server reboot. Site was restored as of 9:38am.

8/7/2026 12:00 a.m. Matrixfitness site was down. Multiple resources were showing a 500 error. Site was restored as of 8:10 am. Root cause was a test deployment that mistakenly involved the production environment.

7/30/2026 12:15 a.m. Matrixfitness site was down. All site links were getting a 502 error. Site is restored as of 8:15 am. Root cause yet to be identified.

7/30/2026 8:40 a.m. 2D Room Planner; Users were unable to load saved designs or save new designs. Root cause was a security update was overwritten by a different task. Update has been put back in place. Status = resolved.

7/29/2026 4:00 p.m. QA BAPI server was down. Retrieving translations from this server was affected. Root cause was a new task that has since been removed. Status = resolved.

7/24/2026 AWS had a downtime that affected all of our services, sites, and tools from 5:55 a.m. to 6:15 am CDT. The issue has been resolved and we have verified that all of our systems are back up and running.
